Originally from Montreal, Canada, Lyne has over 20 years of professional experience spanning geographically from North America to Europe to Africa successfully leading M&A due diligence synergies & optimization, develop and execute strategies, advise board of directors and executives in various industries. Over the past few years she has focused on impact investing and growth management advisory. Gritty yet agile executive leader, with a high bias for action and building alignment around a vision. Ultimately, she is passionate about building long-lasting relationships and sustainability. To summarize, an alchemist transforming people, innovation and capital into sustainable ventures.

Andre De Almeida Santos
Gleaning from an economic and financial markets background, André has built a diversified career of over 18 years in both the private sector and development finance institutions, with a geographic exposure spanning Europe, as well as Northern and Southern Africa. During the last decade, he coordinated cross-disciplinary teams in the designing of long-term country transformational strategies. He has headed business development for public and private impact investment operations, growing a network of institutional clients and high-level government officials, participating hands-on on multi-billion-dollar investment deals structuring. Lately, he pursued a parallel interest in FinTech and enjoyed launching a women-empowering social start-up.
